July's Notes
Last Month was a BLAST with the Sr High All Nighter and the Jr High All Nighter. It was also packed with Sr High Janesville Bible camp and Serve Susanville. This Month we have a number of great Jr High, Sr High and College Events.
However, During the weeks of VBS and Taco Booth, our options will be low to give you time to either participate in those opportunities or to give you a chance to rest.
July 13th - 17th I'll be taking some time off to rest and refresh with my family, but leaders will still meet to help with Jr High that week.
This Month the College Fellowship with beging a new series on keeping and maintaining faith. John will be returning to lead a series for Jr High Sunday School. Ted will be returning to lead a Sr High Sunday School series as well.

Notes for June
Last month as we closed out the month with Springfest, We were extremely blessed. Over 110 attended (Not including band members and volunteers) marking the largest attendance we've had at Springfest in four years.
This summer we'll take time to further evaluate this and prayerfully consider possibilities for next year.
This month we've had a great start with Grad nights and our Sr High Summer Camp with double the numbers from last year.
This month in addition to the Sr High camp is our Jr High all nighter and our annual college luncheon.
The big project for this month is Serve Susanville. Either a six day or a three day project, we have made a huge number of adjustments to change up options and to keep the costs down while still seeking to minister to our community and grow spiritually. We'll be starting up the program Monday, June 21st and Ending Saturday Night. Please check out the collum on the right for additional details.

Whoo Hoo! Again, last month was a blast! We had a great time in the mist of numerious events. Unfortunately, the church's internet has been wigging out and I think I have this thing called Media Overkill. (Wayyyyyy too many pictures and video. Not enough time to edit, sort and post)
However, we Have started out this Month with May Madness. May Madness is an opportunity for incoming Jr and Sr Highers to slowly aclimate themselves to the upcoming programs. Take your time, but if you need to come as a group! In regard to this month, we had a great time of connecting with the community at the children's fair while raising a little bit of $.The Limbic System held a concert at the beginning of May. This month, we are keeping the activities pretty low to maximize Springfest. However, the Jr Highers WILL be holding Nerf Wars Saturday May 22nd. And Sr High Sr Honor Night will be Held May 26th. Check back next week for additional info. For some of the main highlights and things to note, check out this month's Parent Letter.

April 7th 2010
Last Month's Jr High Winter Retreat was an incredible time with over 100 Jr Highers! The Staying True Girl's Confrence was an incredibly blessed event. Our Sr High Clue Night was a Blast. Our College Young Adults Enjoyed a Night at the Movies and Dinner. This Month has started off with over 600 at our Easter Service, A Fun time at our Student Ministries Easter Brunch and a rockin time hosting the Kings and Queen's Tour with The Waiting Ends and The Crosswalk (Formerly Catch Us If You Can)
This Month We'll also be hosting a Sr High All Nighter, a College Young Adult Bowling Night, and Laser Tag with the Jr Highers. A large number of our student leaders will be headed down to Sacramento for a Leadership Retreat including Acquire the Fire as well.
We will be restarting New Series for Jr High and Sr High Sunday School. John will return to work with The Jr Highers and Ted will return to work with the Sr Highers. R.E.F.U.G.E. our Jr High Mid Week Program will continue in our Trust Series with Jennifer, Michelle and Abi. E.P.I.C. Our Sr High Mid Week Program will finish up our series on Developing Spiritual Habits.
We are grateful to be fleshing out a Stronger Team for Our Sr High Program. Dr Todd Murray will be heading up our Student Worship Team and will be working with Randy and Dakota to further develop the Student Worship Team.
This month we'll be doing some refining as we prepare to close out this Academic Year and begin the summer.
This month is also a final opportunity to get Springfest Tickets at the lowered rate of $35 per person. As Springfest is now a two day event and will be at the Lassen County Fairgrounds, this is pretty exciting for our 4th year. Please sign up early! You won't want to miss out!

March Note
March 4th 2010
February was an incredible time! Packed with events and activities for all, it was not only fun, but it was a blessing and an opportunity to draw close with others as well as with God.
We had several students participate in this year's Purity Ceremony. Our girl's enjoyed their Girl's Tea, the guys ran rampant with their first guy's event, Hunt for the Mountain Men. The Sr Highers, had a blast with their Sr High Winter Retreat. The Jr Highers enjoyed their first LBM.
This Month, the Jr Highers will be joining several churches for their Jr High Winter Retreat March 12-14. The Girls are invited to participate in this year's Staying True Conference Saturday, March 20th. The Sr Highers will be holding their first Clue Night Saturday, March 27th.

February Note
With January behind us, we as a ministry have connected with our church's theme of "Next Steps". We have been "Digging Deeper" and asking hard questions about what to do and how to do it. We've had some great events and activities like the Jr High Game Night, the Sr High All Nighter, parent meetings, our Luncheon/Student Auction and the College Young Adult Winter Retreat. We now hit February hard with our First Sr High Guy's Event of the Year, the Stengthening Again Purity Ceremony, the Girl's Tea, the Sr High Winter Retreat and our first Jr High LBM.
